(KNOX) – According to Grand Forks Police the male and female victims as well as the male suspect from an incident that took place near the Ramada on North 43rd Street last week have been identified and all are juveniles.
A second juvenile male suspect is in custody and has been charged with attempted murder.
The investigation is on-going and active.
