Grand Forks Growth Fund Hears About a Grand Forks Based Company

(KNOX) -The Grand Forks Growth Fund, a Jobs Development Authority approved a loan for an area manufacturer.

PS Industries, Inc. is a Grand Forks-based manufacturer of industrial doors, safety/fall protection products, flood protection barriers, and unforeseen risk mitigation products.

Kevin Hatcher of the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation said that PS Industries has been in Grand Forks for 50 years.

“Has grown significantly over the years. Most recently, one example would be the expansion of their industrial park building from 104,000 to 180,000 square feet back in 2019,” Hatcher told the authority.

“They do the design, manufacturing and engineering in their Grand Forks facility,” said Hatcher.

PS Industries, Inc. recently bought a company that deals with flood protection.

“They’re expanding their flood protection market. By an acquisition from a Miami company with 20 years’ experience,” Hatcher said.

PS Industries, Inc. will move that Florida based operation to Grand Forks.
