(KNOX) -East Grand Forks Police have cited two boys, 13 and 15 for vandalism at five East Grand Forks homes.
The boys are believed to have been responsible for throwing rocks and breaking windows on at least five homes.
Doorbell video and tips from citizens helped East Grand Forks Police locate the boys.
They’re being handled through the Polk County Juvenile Court.
