Gas Buddy dot Com surveys 493 gas stations in the state. It says the average price is now $3.03.
That’s 14 cents lower than a month ago, and 68 cents lower than a year ago.
Gas Buddy says the cheapest gas is priced at $2.78, while the most expensive was $3.89.
The average price for a gallon of gasoline in Grand Forks was $2.89.
