(AP) – Minnesota Senate Republican Minority Leader Mark Johnson of East Grand Forks says the nation will soon see vice presidential candidate Tim Walz’ record on public safety, education, healthcare, and the economy.
Johnson said, “The doublespeak that he’s bringing to Minnesota hopefully gets exposed on the national stage that look, Minnesota is not the shining light that Governor Walz pretends it is right now.”
Minnesota D-F-L Party Chairman Ken Martin responds poll after poll shows Walz’ policies are popular around the nation, including paid family medical leave, legalizing cannabis, abortion rights, and free school meals.
