(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges stemming from an alleged shooting on a basketball court in May.
24-year-old Allen Little is charged with aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon… and reckless endangerment showing extreme indifference.
The Class C felonies carry maximum five-year sentences.
The alleged shooting occurred in the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue South. Little admitted to shooting the man but not trying to kill him, according to a court statement.
