(KNOX) – A special meeting of the Grand Forks County Commission awarded the contract for the downtown parking ramp to Restoration Systems Inc. of Chaska, Minnesota.
Jay Kleven, senior project manager with AE2S, said the bid of $3,013,852 came out of five bids submitted. He says the contract has been reviewed by the state’s attorney.
The county moved to award the contract on a roll call vote.
