(KNOX) – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Jayden Carlson.
Jayden is 5’1, 120 pounds with brown eyes and dark hair with blonde streaks in the front.
Jayden was last seen leaving her residence in Winger, Minnesota on April 27th near 7:05 PM.
Jayden was carrying a green handbag purse, black backpack and was wearing a New York Yankees hat when she left.
Anyone with information on Jayden’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 218-281-0431.
