Jamestown driver arrested for driving under the influence of drugs

(KNOX) – A Dickinson, North Dakota driver is hospitalized and charged with DUI after his vehicle ended up in a slough off Interstate 94 near Jamestown.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 60-year-old Dwayne Cason was driving east…when he lost control of his vehicle… leaving the roadway into the south ditch. The patrol says the Toyota continued through the slough…across open water… and came to rest facing east in some cattails.
Troopers aid Cason and his passenger, 60-year-old Linda Rocha of Dickinson…from the slough.
They were treated by EMS before being taken to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Cason remains in their care…but was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
