Charges have been filed against two men after a gunshot shattered the window of a vehicle on I-94 in Mandan this afternoon. The North Dakota Patrol says a trooper heard a gunshot around 12:30 p.m. just east of exit 153 and observed the passenger side window of a car shatter. Authorities say the trooper stopped the vehicle and detained two males without incident. The NDHP says a loaded handgun was found inside the vehicle. Both males were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm. There were no injuries.
