NDHP identifies Carpio railroad victim

(KNOX) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a Carpio, North Dakota man killed when he stood too close to the railroad tracks.
The patrol says Dale Graff was standing on the side of the tracks along Highway 52 when a southbound Canadian Pacific train approached from a half-mile away during the early afternoon of April 7.
The operator sounded the horn continuously….but the train struck Graff… resulting in fatal injuries.
