Home sales in Grand Forks / East Grand Forks slowed last month. A total of 44 homes…townhomes…and condos were sold in March. That was the smallest number of sales for the month going back to at least 2017. With three months in the books a total of 116 “sold signs” have been posted – up seven compared to the same time in 2023.
A total 673 properties exchanged hands last year – down from 868 the 2022.
The average sales price in March was just over $292,000 dollars.
The figures by the Grand Forks Area Association of Realtors do not include private sales.
