A 26 year old man was killed when his vehicle was hit by a train Saturday night west of Tioga (ND).
The North Dakota Patrol says the victim was in a suburban that was stopped on the rail tracks facing west. The eastbound Amtrak train struck the suburban shortly before midnight causing it to overturn. The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The NDHP says the accident remain under investigation.
