The Grand Forks Downtown Development Association has been informed they are a Main Street Award winner for their work on the Town Square.
Governor Doug Burgum released the award winners saying they recognize outstanding contributions to North Dakota communities.
In a prepared statement the DDA noted that Town Square has been a focal point of revitalization efforts in the downtown area over the last two years. This project has transformed an underutilized space into a dynamic community hub, featuring new seating, lighting, public art installations, and recreational amenities.
