Ryan Duncan to skate One More Shift

(KNOX) –

Former University of North Dakota standout and 2007 Hobey Baker Award winner Ryan Duncan will skate “One More Shift” with the UND men’s hockey team Saturday, February 24 against Minnesota Duluth at Ralph Engelstad Arena.

Duncan helped his teams reach three NCAA Frozen Fours, capture one WCHA regular season and one WCHA Final Five title from 2005-09. Duncan played in a school record 175 games.

Duncan became the second North Dakota player to win the Hobey Baker Award as the nation’s top player in 2007. He was named WCHA Player of the Year as well as earning All-America honors.

Duncan will be the seventh former UND player to participate in “One More Shift,” joining Jim Archibald, Brandon Bochenski, Dave Christian, Ed Belfour, Matt Greene and Tony Hrkac.
