(KNOX) – North Dakota’s congressional delegation has asked the Office of the Inspector General of the United States Postal Service to expand its audit of mail delivery operations across the Minnesota-North Dakota district to include several additional postal facilities, including Fargo.
In a letter dated Monday, February 5, Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer and Congressman Kelly Armstrong said they have heard concerns from communities across the state about delayed delivery, late or undelivered newspapers, and broken cluster box units in residential neighborhoods.
The initial audit was to include Minot, Bismarck and Mandan facilities, but in the letter the delegation asked the USPS OIG to add post offices in Fargo, Grand Forks, and Dickinson to the review.
