Head-on MN crash leaves three dead

A head-on crash between two pickups in Koochiching County (MN) left three people dead. The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident occurred Sunday morning on Highway 1. Authorities says the victims included a 24-year old Wisconsin driver who was heading west when the collision occurred. Three passengers in his vehicle suffered injuries and were transported to hospitals in Fargo and Bemidji. The driver of the other pickup and a passenger were both killed. The two Minnesota men were both 27 years of age.
