(KNOX) – Altru and LifeCare Medical Center have signed a letter of intent to explore opportunities for a new healthcare delivery model in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush, Minnesota.
Altru operates the clinics in these communities, while LifeCare owns the hospital located in Roseau.
The letter of intent gives the organizations the ability to explore options for aligning hospital and clinic services.
Dr. Josh Deere, president of Altru, says the partnership will ensure resident of those communities that they are offered care close to home as often as possible.
