(KNOX) -A retired Navy Commander in Minnesota is looking to unseat U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.
Joe Fraser served more than 25 years as an Intelligence Specialist and commissioned intelligence officer in Europe the Far East and Middle East.
The 50-year-old Fraser says that Klobuchar hasn’t made the lives of Minnesotans any better during her 18 years on Capitol Hill. He’s critical of the soaring cost of public education.
Fraser currently serves in the banking industry…and lives with his wife, Rhonda, in Minnetrista. He’s scheduled to campaign in Moorhead this evening.
Klobuchar has won her last two elections with more than 60 percent of the state ballots.
