Bond has been set at $100,000 dollars for each of the two Bismarck parents charged in the death of their two-year old child.
Authorities say the preliminary autopsy report shows the boy had fentanyl in his system. Police responded to the home on Sunday and found the child unresponsive and not breathing. He died at a Bismarck hospital.
28 year old Jordan Many Ribs and 29 year old Jasmine Charging each face ten counts – including the most serious charge of endangerment of child or vulnerable adult resulting in death. The Class “A” felony carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for both defendants on March 4th.
