A Grand Forks Attorney has been appointed to a judgeship in the Northeast Central Judicial District.
North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has named Theodore “Ted” Sandberg to the post vacated by the retirement of Judge Lolita Romanick.
Sandberg has been practicing law in Grand Forks for over 25 years.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1997.
The Northeast Central Judicial District is comprised of Grand Forks and Nelson counties.
