The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 69-year-old Ellendale man is dead after an early-morning crash.
The patrol says the man was traveling south of Ellendale when his pickup left the icy roadway and rolled into the ditch.
The Patrol says the driver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
He sustained fatal injuries.
NDHP will release the name of the man after his family has been notified.
