A 36-year-old man from Drake (ND) was seriously injured this (Mon) morning when his ATV left a gravel road in McHenry County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it happened around 9:45 AM, about eight miles northeast of Drake.
The four-wheeler overturned and the driver, 36-year-old Travis Bruner, was ejected. Troopers say he was not wearing a helmet.
Troopers say the road was mostly dry, with some patches of ice.
Bruner was transported to the Harvey Hospital, then airlifted to a Minot hospital.
