The Grand Fork County Commission has named Dave Engen as its chair heading into 2024. Engen took over the duties of Bob Rost this week (Tuesday). In a separate vote members elected Cynthia Pic as vice-chair. Both selections were unanimous. Engen has been on the commission since 2015. Pic has served since 2009.
