Four teens were injured when a 14 year old driver lost control on the Old Heskett Power Plant Road north of Mandan last night. The North Dakota Patrol says the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and dropped 50 feet off a cliff while overturning and landing on the shoreline next to the Missouri River. Two juvenile females and one male were able to walk up a nearby stairway and were transported to the hospital with injuries. The other male had to be extricated from the vehicle.
