A Bismarck man is in jail after being charged with attempted murder.
Thirty-four-year-old Adrian Bustillos is alleged to have shot a gun at a 40-year-old man on Monday afternoon.
Police say the other man was trying to jump-start his van. Police say he was approached by Bustillos, and the two had an argument… and during the argument, Bustillos pulled out a pistol and shot at the man.
The man left the scene in his van, crashed into a parked car, and then ran, while Bustillos was allegedly chasing him.
Police later located Bustillos and arrested him. He’s being held in the Burleigh-Morton Detention Center, on charges of attempted murder and terrorizing.
Authorities say the men are known to each other.
