Governor Doug Burgum and First Lady Kathryn Burgum will get into the Halloween Spirit by welcoming trick-or-treaters at the Governor’s Residence tonight (Tuesday).
Kids and accompanying adults are invited to the east entrance of the residence between 4:30 and 7:00 p.m.
This year’s Halloween theme is agriculture and there will be farm animals and agricultural equipment on site to provide an interactive experience for children.
