A committee charged with trying to lure additional air service to Grand Forks will hold its first meeting today (Monday). Mayor Brandon Bochenski says the working group is comprised of business leaders…airport authority members…and GFAFB personnel. Bochenski says the data suggests the GFK is only capturing 47% of potential travelers – leaving 53% to head elsewhere to hop a flight. He says potential target destinations include Denver and Chicago.
