The body of a missing Marshall (MN) man was found Monday near a northern Minnesota lake.
The Cook County Sheriff’s office says the body of 32-year-old Justin Sperl was found by other canoeists in the Brule Lake area of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
Sperl was initially reported missing last Thursday (Aug. 10th). His vehicle was located at the Brule Lake landing. Authorities made contact with Sperl on Friday (Aug. 11th). At the time, Sperl said he was fine … and was only out canoeing.
