ND motorcycle crash leaves 2 dead

Two people were killed when a motorcycle crashed into the side of a passenger car west of Minot on Thursday. The North Dakota Patrol says the 62-year old motorcyclist was heading west on Highway 2 when the car tried to cross the road. The impact caused both the motorcyclist and a 64 year old passenger to be ejected off the bike. Both died of injuries as a result of the accident. The 36-year old driver of the car was not injured. No names have been released. The accident remains under investigation.
