Demolition of the former Denny’s restaurant on 32nd Avenue South in Grand Forks is underway.
The city issued a building permit to raze the structure in mid-July. The restaurant closed its doors in March of 2022. City records show the site will be the new home for a Les Schwab Tire Center. The company currently has stores in ten states.
The location at 3770 32nd Avenue South is already zoned B-3 for commercial development.
