An arrest has been made in the June 25th shooting that left a 35-year old man dead in Becker County.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Department discovered the body of David Hanks, Jr. in the small town of Pine Point (MN). A warrant for the arrest of 40-year old Michael Croud of Ogema (MN) was issued two days later as a suspect in the case.
Sheriff Todd Glander says Croud turned himself in to the Los Angeles (CA) Police Department on Tuesday and is awaiting extradition back to Minnesota.
Croud was arrested on a warrant for 2nd Degree Murder.
