There may be some growing interest in the shuttered AMC Theatre in Grand Forks.
City leaders have had some preliminary discussions with a company hoping to bring back movies – plus other entertainment features to the building. Those could include a large screen experience as well as duckpin bowling lanes…stages…and food and beverage offerings.
Details about the project and the potential buyer of the property at 2306 32nd Avenue South have not been made public.
AMC closed the Classic Grand Forks 10 after the final movie run on June 29th.
