By Doug Barrett Jun 23, 2023 | 6:55 AM

Two individuals from the Red Lake Indian Reservation (MN) have been indicted for neglect following the death of a child.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s office 41-year old Julius Fineday and 63-year old Sharon Rosebear deprived the minor of food…clothing… shelter…and health care despite being able to “reasonably” provide it.

Both are charged with felony child neglect. Fineday’s charge adds the neglect caused the death of a child.

The defendants will make their initial appearances in U.S. District Court at a later date.
