
North Dakota’s Judicial Nominating Committee has received applications from eight candidates for the new Northeast Central Judicial District judgeship to be chambered in Grand Forks. An additional 13 candidates for the two new East Central Judicial District judgeships in Fargo.
The openings were created due to the passage and enactment of House Bill 1002.
The Judicial Nominating Committee will conduct interviews of all twen-ty-one candidates. Upon completion of interviews. The committee will forward finalists for each judgeship to Governor Burgum.
The following eight lawyers have submitted an application for the NECJD:
