EGF announces administrator finalists

East Grand Forks has released the names of the four finalists vying to be-come the city’s next administrator. Two of Those seeking the job are in-ternal candidates.

The hiring firm David Drown Associates is assisting in the search process. Over 20 people applied for the job and eight names were forwarded to the city. On Tuesday the council cut the list in half.

The finalists include: East Grand Forks Park and Rec Superintendent Reid Huttunen…Interim Ad-ministrator and City Clerk Megan Nelson…Mower County (MN) Adminis-trator Trish Harren…and Idaho Falls (ID) Mayoral Chief of Staff Bud Cranor.

The city is looking to replace David Murphy who left earlier this year for a position in St. Joseph (MN).

Final interviews are scheduled June 26th.
