A man has been arrested for attempted murder in North Dakota’s Cass County.
The County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Kyle Quido allegedly fired a gun at a woman in a domestic dispute around 1:00 AM Saturday in Mapleton.
Authorities say when officers arrived at the scene, Quido led deputies on a short foot pursuit before being taken into custody.
Quido also faces charges of terrorizing, aggravated reckless endangerment and refusal to halt.
Deputies reported no physical injuries in the incident.
Quido has no permanent address.
