Earlier posts:
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Highway Patrol reopened all of Interstate 29 and several state highways in the Fargo area.
Motorists are not allowed to travel on a closed road due to life-threatening conditions. Highway closures are located at larger cities with adequate parking and resources.
Motorists should be warned that secondary roads across North Dakota remain blocked or impassable due to the significant snowfall and high winds creating severe snow drifts on the highways.
