The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting the Windom Police Department in the search for missing murder suspect Ralph Apmann.
The BCA says Apmann failed to appear for a jury trial on Monday. He may be in the Twin Cities metro area. Authorities say the 58-year old Apmann is believed to be armed with a 9mm handgun and an AR-15 rifle.
Apmann has a felony warrant for 2nd degree homicide in connection with the death of a man found outside a Windom bar in 2021.
He is described as being 5’10″…230 pounds…with grey hair and hazel eyes.
