Charges have been filed against a 39-year old man in connection with an early morning shooting in Minot. Officers with the Minot Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at the Dakota Lounge shortly after midnight. ris Drake – was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault…unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon…and terrorizing. Drake was transported to the Ward County Jail.
