ND law groups address legal pot

A number of law enforcement groups have come out against Measure 2 on North Dakota’s ballot next month.

The measure would allow people over age 21 in North Dakota to use and possess up to 1 ounce of marijuana and grow up to three marijuana plants.

The North Dakota Sheriff’s and Deputies Association, the North Dakota Police Chief’s Association and the North Dakota Peace Officers Association are encouraging North Dakota voters to vote NO on November 8.
