Charges are being filed against a 41-year old man following a pedestrian accident in McHenry (ND) early Sunday morning.
The North Dakota Patrol says 18-year old Cayler Ellingson died from his injuries at a Carrington Hospital.
Authorities say Ellingson was struck shortly before 3:00 a.m. by an SUV driven by Shannon Brandt of McHenry.
The NDHP says Brandt was charged with DUI related Vehicular Homicide and leaving the scene of an accident involving a fatality. Further charges may be considered pending the ongoing investigation.
