Portions of the Civic Center parking lot will be getting a new asphalt overlay. The East Grand Forks council awarding the contract this week to RJ Zavoral & Sons at a cost of $85,940 dollars.
The funding will come out of the city’s share of American Rescue Plan Act dollars. The move will leave the city with about $830,000 dollars in ARPA money still in the bank.
The work is expected to be completed this fall.
