Bismarck police have identified a second victim in Wednesday’s homicide case. Authorities responded to a report of gunshots in an apartment parking lot where they discovered a 22 year old man dead.
26-year old Kyle Riley was arrested in connection with the shooting. Statements from a witness helped police in the investigation. There was also information that another individual left the scene. He was located later in the day.
The 30-year old man suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The B-P-D says Riley is being held for the charge of murder. Charges for the second shooting are pending.
