Grand Forks Public Health will be closing its COVID-19 Vaccination Site in the Grand Cities Mall on March 25th.
Nursing and Nutrition Manager Haley Bruhn says the goal of the centralized location was to make it easy for people to stop by for a shot. Health officials administered nearly 7,000 COVID-19 vaccinations in 123 days of operation.
COVID-19 vaccines are recommended for everyone age 5 years and older, as well as a booster dose for those 12 and older.
COVID-19 vaccines remain easily accessible through healthcare providers, pharmacies, local public health departments and pop-up vaccination clinics.
