GFPD: Notification of a Level III Sex Offender

By Doug Barrett Mar 17, 2022 | 11:02 AM

Grand Forks police are notifying the public on the whereabouts of a high risk sex offender.  Authorities say 75-year old Dwight Moses currently resides on the 13-hundred block of Allwood Court.  Moses was convicted of second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in 2019.

The GFPD notifies the public on the whereabouts of offenders in order to comply with state law.

There are 115 registered offenders that either live…work…or attend school within the City of Grand Forks.   Of that group nine are so-called “Level 3” or high risk offenders.
