The Chamber has presented the 2022 Henry Havig Award to longtime Grand Forks businessman Greg Opp.
The award is the business community’s most prestigious award that recognizes a lifetime of community service. Opp construction today employs over 200 people during the peak season.
Opp has served on numerous community boards and foundations over the years and was named the North Dakota Small Businessperson of the year in 1982.
The honor was made at last night’s annual Chamber of Commerce dinner. Governor Doug Burgum delivered the keynote address.
