Northern Air Family Fun Center has secured a $107,692 loan from the Jobs Development Authority to help secure a go-kart track and outdoor 18-hole mini golf course at the complex. The money will be used to help buy down interest on a $2.7 million dollar commercial loan.
Northern Air is projecting to use a 20,000 square foot indoor area for the multi-level go-kart track.
The 18-hole outdoor mini golf course which would locate along the front of the building, adjacent to 32nd Avenue South.
