The University of North Dakota is beginning the task of seeking a new 10-year accreditation.
From now until November of next year six teams of faculty and staff will be compiling sources and procuring evidence for the self-study. By June 2023 the University plans to have the report finalized and submitted to the Higher Learning Commission for review.
UND has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Education by way of this accrediting organization since 1913.
