Former UND hockey standout Bill Reichart has died at age 86.
The Winnipeg native died Friday at his home in North Carolina.
Reichart played at UND from 1954 to 57…scoring 156 points in 85 games…and leading the team in goals and assists in all three seasons.
The forward was a three-time first-team All-America selection
Reichart was part of the inaugural UND Athletic Hall of Fame class in 1975.
He became an American citizen and was captain of the 1964 U-S Olympic Team.
